Our affiliation with the Tabernacle of Prayer for all People here in Hinesville, Georgia will enable us to start offering classes in financial management, which will include budgeting, prioritizing ones financial life, and life skills, in November.
Our plans for Covenant Village are very exciting and as soon as funds become available we will start the engineering phase and then site work which will include the underground utilities, grading, landscaping, and driveways in preparation to bring in the modular buildings.

2016 has been an exciting year for the Ministry. We have been a Connecticut Public Charity for the past two (2) years and now are also registered in the State of Georgia.

We have retained a grant writer from the Foundation for Grants which is a company that matches organizations with professional grant writers. We are very excited about this and are looking forward to raising the funds needed for our capital budget and first years' operating budget.
My board and I have spent much of the past twelve (12) months studying the requirements for going forward with this ministry. We have researched what programs that are available in the area that we could partner with so that we do not have to duplicate the programs that are already in existence. We have finalized needed forms and procedures s that will allow us to comply with state and local regulations. We have to ensure the safety and well being of those that we will be providing shelter. We live in a very complex world and it is necessary to know what rules and procedures need to be complied with. We have been enlisting the help of many volunteers and welcome any who might wish to get involved with us in making this project a success.
